Youth

Welcome to the youth ministry at First Alliance Church, where we desire to…

Exalt Christ
Experience His Love
Enjoy Genuine Community
Equip Teens to Serve
Expand His Kingdom

First Alliance Youth connect in numerous ways each week as we seek to grow as passionate followers of Christ. During the school year, we offer Sunday School classes at 9:00 a.m. for middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (grades 9-12). These classes focus on discipleship through solid, interactive Bible teaching. We help teens go deeper into God’s Word so they can learn to study it for themselves and apply it to their everyday lives. Middle and High School Youth Groups meet during the school year on Sunday evenings from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to worship God, pray for one another, learn from God’s Word, and enjoy safe and fun community. Our adult leaders also value opportunities to mentor teens and lead them in one-on-one or small group discipleship experiences.  Note:  During the summer months, the youth will meet occasionally for special events and ministry opportunities.  Please see the weekly bulletin or contact Pastor Tim for details.

Each month, middle and high school students gather for special events and activities in addition to the weekly discipleship programming. Teens have opportunities year round to participate in Christian concerts, retreats, conferences and camps to challenge them in their walk with Christ. In addition, a number of our students serve in other ministries of the church and on short-term mission teams.
